Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car). Marina 1.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, surf school 1.1 km, tennis 550 m, minigolf 1.1 km.

Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut,Ausstattung sehr gut .Die Anleitungen für die Geräte solten vorhanden sein(Hilfreich) Der einzige Mangel war das die Betten nicht bezogen waren. In unserem alter schwer zu stemmen.

Wohnung für 4 erwachsene Personen zum schlafen zu klein. Geht gar nicht, das kleine Kinderzimmer. Für 1ne Familie mit einem Kind völlig in Ordnung. Ich hatte jedoch für 4 Erwachsene eine Ferienwohnung gesucht. Ansonsten der Rest war in Ordnung. Zum Strand sind es durch den Wald ca.600m und zum Zentrum ist es ähnlich. Ruhige Lage. Wie gesagt, für Familie mit Kind empfehlenswert.

Wir haben eine schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Bis auf ein paar zu wenige Teelöffel und das fehlende W-Lan (aber vorher bekannt) gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Die Betten und die Couch waren bequem, die Aussattung modern und ansprechend. Für drei Personen ist die Ferienwohnung empfehlenswert, das kleine 2. Zimmer ist wirklich klein und die Diwanliege kein bequemes Doppelbett! Wir würden die FeWo auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen.

Die Wohnung und das Grundstück wirken ungepflegt. Eine Unterkunft ohne W-LAN ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Wohnung sollte auf keinen Fall für bis zu 4 Personen angeboten werden.

Wir waren 14 Tage auf der Insel und haben uns in der Wohnung ANNA sehr wohl gefühlt, einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren die ("Schimmel"?) Flecken an der Badezimmerdecke, wahrsch. vom falschen Lüften der ständig wechselnden Mieter und die Badezimmertür konnte man schlecht schließen, weil sie auf dem Boden schleifte.das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer war nicht so besonders, die Matratzen sind ständig verrutscht. Das Boxspringbett war gewöhnungsbedürftig, okay

Die Unterkunft wurde Im Frühjar 2022 überprüft. Es konnten keine Flecken an der Badezimmerdecke festgestgellt werden, die Tür schließt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie ist - auch in der Küche - bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top: ruhig am Wald und nicht weit zum Zentrum und in die Stadt. Ein Hinweis: im Moment gibt es am Haus Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit. Im Bad waren leider Spuren von Schimmel zu sehen. Das sollte für künftige Mieter erwähnt werden.
