Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Schöne kleine FeWo in ZinnowitzJörg R.

Alles war in Ordnung. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Balkon bot vormittags viel Sonne. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 1km (Abkürzung durch Wald möglich). Der Weg zu den Supermärkten ebenso. Die Strandpromenade ist ca. 1,3 km entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig.

Alles in Ordnung, nur die Abzocke beim Parken bei Netto in Koserow wegen vergessener Parkscheibe ist negative Werbung für Usedom, Angeln im Achterwasser wegen Schilfbewuchs am Ufer und den Verboten in den Häfen nicht möglich

W ir waren im Oktober in Zinnowitz. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Der Weg zum Zentrum ist gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

große geräumige Wohnung, alles Notwendige war vorhanden mit eigenem Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, prompter Service --- die Balkon Tür klemmte etwas, wurde umgehend vom Service Team repariert. Daumen hoch !!!!

Gepflegte, schön gelegene Unterkunft. Durch den Wald ist es nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Gute Tiefgarage. Alles war in Ordnung. Für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Das Gästebett im Wohnzimmer ist groß und auch für zwei größere Kinder geeignet. Dann wird es aber auf dem Balkon und am Balkontisch sehr eng. Also: optimal für 3 Personen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Sie liegt zentral, so dass man in 5 Minuten in der Stadt ist , zum Meer geht man 10 Minuten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke

Besonders das Bad und die Lichtschalter hatten eine Säuberung, besonders zu Corona-Zeiten, dringend nötig. Die Betten knarren fürchterlich.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhigem Wohnquartier. Gut ausgestattet, mehr braucht man nicht. Auto von Vorteil, jedoch erreicht man das Ortszentrum von Zinnowitz und die Seebrücke auch bequem zu Fuss. Einstellhalle für Auto vorhanden.

Hallo, Schöne helle Wohnung, ruhig gelegen. Von der Größe ideal für zwei. Wir würden sie trotzdem nicht nochmal buchen weil im Bad die Silikonfugen teils verschimmelt sind. ... Zudem ist sie nur oberflächlich sauber, der Badheizkörper hatte eine Schmandschicht und z. B. Gab es einige Staubecken, wie zum Beispiel auf den Nachttischchen. Trotzdem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.
