"Bredi", 3-room apartment 65 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. With sloping ceilings, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and 2 sleeping facilities. Sep. WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The 2 sleeping options are mattresses on a slatted frame in a dormer window and are more suitable for children up to 14 years.

Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

So ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil, alles hat reibungslos geklappt, man fühlte sich von der ersten Minute an wohl, die Schlüsselübergabe ging schnell. Alle sind total freundlich. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick waren traumhaft. Wir werden so schnell wie möglich wieder kommen. So konnte man super entspannen und wir waren traurig, als unser Urlaub wieder vorbei war. Modern eingerichtet und die Waschmaschine war absolut toll

Hier stimmt alles, von Anfang bis Ende. Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert und alle Damen waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, hell, freundlich eingerichtet, alle Geräte funktionieren problemlos. W-Lan ist vorhanden, aber man sitzt eh lieber gemütlich beisammen, egal ob auf dem Balkon, mit der beruhigenden Aussicht oder am Esstisch beim gemeinsamen Spieleabend. Der Weg bis an den Strand läuft sich schnell und bequem, ebenfalls sind wichtige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder hierher, hier hat man Urlaub und kann vom Alltag abschalten.

Leider wurde die Wohnung nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht! Sehr schade, da es eine schöne Wohnung gewesen ist. Wir hatten es auch noch nie, dass wir unsere Betten selbst beziehen mussten.

Wir waren 10 Tage da 2E 3K und waren wirklich sehr überrascht was alles an Ausstattung da war. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage auch ruhig und etwas abseits der Hauptstraße. Die Kinder konnten problemlos draußen spielen und Radfahren
