Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Apartment house, 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 700 m from the centre of Zinnowitz, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 260 m, bakery, café 800 m, bus stop, railway station 350 m, sandy beach 1 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 1.3 km. Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Schöne Wohnung und nicht weit weg vom Zentrum. Sehr kleiner und wackeliger Sonnenschirm, ist überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Licht über dem Siegel im Badezimmer ist ein Witz, noch dunkler geht's nicht! W-Lan ist bei einer sehr schlechten Bandbreite von 10 Mbit,s nicht zu gebrauchen!!! Die Wärmepumpen den Nachbarn sind nachts bei offenen Fenster deutlich zu hören. Fliegengitter vorm Fenster sind nicht vorhanden. Da passt das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis nicht ganz.

Der Eigentümer überprüft das Licht im Badezimmer und den Sonnenschirm. Bei festgestellten Defekts wird das Problem behoben, die Glühbirne ausgetauscht, bzw. der Sonnenschirm ersetzt. Wir bitten Sie zukünftig, bei Unklarheiten direkt vor Ort der lokalen Kontaktperson Bescheid zu geben, dann wird rasch reagiert und geholfen. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Leider sorgten die Spatzen, die unter den Dachziegeln nisteten, jeden Tag für Dreck. Das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon haben wir schliesslich gelassen. WLAN gibt es leider nicht. Mehr zu meckern gibt es aber wirklich nicht.
