Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Single-family house. On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Zinnowitz, 1.2 km from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station 750 m, sandy beach 1.2 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 850 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, surf school 900 m, tennis 1.1 km, minigolf 1 km.

Location Description Zinnowitz

Well-known, old bathing resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 11 km east from Wolgast, 30 km north from Ahlbeck. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Cultural events Freilichtbühne (Vineta-Festspiele). Access: railway station in the resort. Zinnowitz is a seaside resort that is more than 150 years old and is located in one of the narrowest places on the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests. At the beginning of the 20th century, villas and houses were built in the classic seaside architecture, which have now been lovingly restored and, together with the spacious promenade, guarantee interesting and beautiful holidays. Boat trips to Swinoujscie leave from the pier. The unique local history and bathing museum as well as changing theater performances have earned Zinnowitz the unofficial title of "Cultural Capital of Usedom".

Sandy beach, 3 km long, up to 40 m wide, gently sloping, suitable for children. Waterpark "Bernsteintherme". Sports harbour Achterwasser (Bootsvermietung) in 1.5 km. Sailing, surfing. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

Die Untekunft ist ... Ulrike B.

Die Untekunft ist für 2 Personen ideal. In ruhiger Lage und viel grüner Umgebung konnten wir angenehme Tage verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ideal eingerichtet und auch alle erforderlichen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden (eine Küchenschere sollte noch das Sortiment ergänzen). Da wir unsere Fahrräder dabei hatten, waren wir schnell am Strand und konnten auch die nähere Umgebung erkunden. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Negativ zu bewerten ist das schwache WLAN. Ulrike und Volkmar Bochmann

Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette ältere Dame. Leider lässt das Schlafzimmer sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben in einer tiefen Kuhle gelegen. Auch die Kopfkissen waren absolut eklig, gelbe Sabberflecken. Teppich könnte gerne ausgetauscht werden. Im Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile waren die Möbel sehr unbequem,aber das empfindet wahrscheinlich jeder anders. Die Essecke hat einen Charm von anno dazumal. Genauso, wie das Besteck. Der sehr gepflegte Garten war nett anzusehen.

Schöne Unterkunft, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Das "Zentrum" von Zinnowitz ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar; Netto, Lidl und Rossmann sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es 15 Minuten. Einzige Mankos: der Kühlschrank steht im Flur neben der Schlafzimmertür und die Terasse ist von der der Vermieterin (nette ältere Dame), die im selben Haus wohnt, nur durch einige Pflanzkübel getrennt. Aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau! Wir würden wieder buchen.
