Beautiful, rustic 2-family house "Casa Ferrando", 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the centre of Torrazza 7 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, in a sunny, elevated position, 7 km from the sea. 50 m stepped path to the house. Public car park at 200 m. Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bar 7 km, bakery 7 km, café 7 km, bicycle rental 7 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 7 km pebble beach 7 km. Riding stable 3 km, cycle lane 7 km. Hiking paths: Monte Faudo (1000 m) 15 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Torrazza

10 m a.s.l. >>Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa). It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections. The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing. Well-known town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, ruhige Lage und sauber. Im Haus alles vorhanden. Allerdings keine deutschen Fernsehnsender. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Toller Blick aufs Meer. Die Betreung vor Ort ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Nächster Strand nur 5 Km entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Pro: La terrazza con vista della valle e il mare. Contra: La pulizia dei locali era pessima.Difficoltà ad arrivare con i mezzi sotto casa per salite molto ripide.

First of all, great place & location. As pictured & described. Watch out though! You don't want to follow Google Maps to the house address. Can't park there & it's a very narrow road. Instead, Navigate to the 'Ristorante Al Terziere, Str. Torrazza, 46, 18100 Imperia IM, Italy'. Park at the 'Dal Patriarca', opposite the bus stop. This is a fantastic place, but in my opinion as long as: - You are able to walk up & down stairs and hills; - Have a car; - Are not afraid to drive on narrow roads.
