"Sea Bass", 3-room bungalow 80 m2. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Open living/dining room with dining table, TV, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with dining table. Heating. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Pets on request.

House/Residence

Comfortable apartment house "De Zeeparel", built in 2009. At the seaside, on the beach, road to cross. In the house: WiFi. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop "Boulevard Noord" 100 m, diving center 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Vuurtoren Jan van Speijck 600 m, Abdij van Egmond 5 km, Nationaal Biermuseum 9 km, Kaasmarkt Alkmaar 10 km, De Zaansche Molen 21 km. The costs for a babycot includes bed linnen. Additional cleaning costs will be charged for stays longer than 2 weeks (95 Euro per week). In addition to the pet fee, an additional 25 Euro cleaning fee applies when you bring a pet. The key has to be collected at De MeerParel in Uitgeest.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive the key collection information for your stay, along with your travel documents.

Location Description Egmond aan Zee

Small, historical, family-friendly holiday resort, directly by the sea, 10 km east from Alkmaar, 44 km north from Haarlem, 10 km south-west from Bergen. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

Sandy beach, 5 km long, up to 500 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Sailing, surfing, sailing school.

Wenig Geschirr, Betten für Erwachsene zu schmal, Tischsets nicht vorhanden, Frühstücksbrettchen nicht vorhanden.

Super Haus, toller Meerblick, sehr gute Betten, schmal aber erholsames Schlafen, Parkplatz - so weit, so gut. Jetzt das Negative: Flackernde Lampen (alte Energiesparlampen), gesprungene Fensterscheiben, mangelnde Sauberkeit (klebriger Handlauf, massenhaft Abdrücke von Kinderhänden an den Fliesen im Bad, Sand auf den Terrassen in die Ecken gekehrt.
