Apartment block "Hipocampo". In the resort 500 m from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar, pedestrian zone 10 m, bus stop 10 m, sandy beach. Sports harbour 500 m, marina 1 km, surf school 200 m. Please note: no lift.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. location avec parking privé libre beaucoup de place. Pas loin des Plages, magasins. Il Y a même un passage de la location direct à la plage. Centre ville a 20mn à pieds? Beaucoup de restaurants et rue principale piétonne. Très belle ville. appartement non pourvu d 'ascenseur heureusement que c 'était au 3 -ème étage. Résidence très calme et tranquille comme annoncée .Je suis ravie de mon séjour et ce n'est pas la 1 ère fois que vais a Dénia par l 'agence Interhome. Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons eu un souci de climatisation. Une climatisation sur 2 fonctionnait. celle du séjour (la principale) en panne. Pour une location en espagne en juillet cela n'a pas été facile. On nous a prêté (au bout de 4 jours) un rafraichisseur d'air bruyant et pas pratique. je n'aurai jamais loué cet apt si j'avais su que la climatisation était HS. le bloc clim extérieur n'a pas dû être vérifié depuis longtemps. Il y avait même un nid d'oiseau dedans !

Apartamento en urbanización con salida directa a la playa. Muy limpio. Es antiguo, pero tiene la vitrocerámica nueva y todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Solo te dan unas llaves, en nuestro caso con un bebé si uno se iba con el coche el que se quedaba en casa no tenía llaves, aspecto a mejorar. Es un segundo sin ascensor, para nosotros no fue un problema, personas mayores o con discapacidad no lo recomiendo.
