Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Daly", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Dénia, from the sea, 250 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool (15 x 10 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 250 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 700 m.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. For arrivals by plane: airports Valencia-Manises (VLC) 110 km, Alicante-El Altet (ALC) 110 km. Everything was great, close to the beach! Close to the center of Denia. No hanger in the bathroom there are no good pans in the kitchen.

El apartamento no es acorde con el precio que se paga. La calidad de los colchones deja que desear, faltan utensilios de cocina, los plomos saltan si enciendes varios aparatos electricos a la vez. Lo mejor el aire acondicionado, la ubicacion a 3 minutos de la playa y la piscina de la urbanizacion. Asimismo, la atencion ofrecida por la agencia no fue la mejor. Por el hecho de ser un grupo de 4 jovenes, se nos juzgo y se nos advirtió que en caso de hacer ruido, se nos explusaria del apartamento.

Great location near beaches and town. Nice basic apartment that you can come and go as you like. Only negative is that one of the beds was too hard.The other one you could feel the springs poking into you.

Apartamento con todo a mano, playa también piscina comunitaria con poco volumen de gente y bien cuidada. Lo único que el apartamento no daba a vistas al mar. Para aparcar por la zona muy facil ya que hay espacio, aparte del parking del apartamento.
