Modern, beautiful, very comfortable semi-detached house "Jill", built in 2020. In the resort Els Poblets, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: patio, pergola, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 350 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 350 m, bar 200 m, bakery, café 350 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station 1.1 km, ferry 1.1 km, sandy beach "Playa Les Deveses" 1.5 km pebble beach "La Almadrava" 1 km. Sports harbour 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. La casa es amplia, pero los armarios de las habitaciones sin ningún estante o cajones para la ropa. La cocina lo mismo, los muebles sin apenas espacio. Tienen lavavajillas, pero ni una pastilla ni productos de limpieza. El jardín con una mesa muy bonita, pero sin toldo ni sombrilla, lo que imposibilita aprovecharlo. El salón con sofá, sillones y una mesa, pero sin ningún mueble o estante. Los baños lo mismo. Lo único positivo es la comodidad de las camas, la amplitud y la tranquilidad.

Lovely well kept apartment. Location was just where we wanted. Negatives: Not enough pillows Mattresses were very hard Only single beds in 2 bedrooms, double beds would be more suitable

Très bonne location a Dénia. Cependant Il manque un parasol ou store banne pour profiter de la table extérieure. Un équipement pour des grillades serait le bienvenu.
