Private: property 800 m2 with wildlife garden and flowers, natural garden, swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, depth 130 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: sun terrace, washing machine. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 1.9 km, sandy beach "El Portet" 1.3 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Object suitable for 6 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 85 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Situated in a bay and surrounded by beautiful countryside full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Market on Fridays. Fresh fish every morning. Car is recommended. R: EGVT-5-A.

Un séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique villa, l’entretien de la villa est propre, un extérieur magnifique, un intérieur un peu plus dans son jus. Le seul bémol est la cuisine car il manque d’assiettes et le lave vaisselle est trop petit pour 8 personnes. De plus, il a un peu de mal à laver les assiettes et couverts que l’on met dedans.

Simplemente falta de mantenimiento en general. La luz era tan baja que no alumbraba nada por la noche. El agua caliente por momentos no había. Por momentos salía el agua bastante sucia (óxido). En las ventanas falta mosquiteras, persianas o cortinas.La zona de bbq y piscina el suelo de madera bastante arruinado. No es nada pero nada aconsejable para mascotas ya que la casa no tiene vallas y tiene acceso directo a la calle. La ubicación de la casa está muy bien. La limpieza es aceptable.

Wij genoten vooral van de buitenruimte, waar je elke moment van de dag kan kiezen voor zon of schaduw. Voldoende ligbedden en lekker zwembad. Het huisje is binnenin aan opfrissing toe. De kasten zijn muf en de zetels zien er niet meer fris uit. Het servies is ook niet netjes. Het is fijn dat je de auto voor de deur kwijt kan. Het huisje ligt wel op het hellend gedeelte van Moraira, dus te voet ergens naar toe gaan betekent een hele work out.

La casa es bonita, hay que tener en cuenta que aunque sea de 8 plazas solo hay tres dormitorios, con lo que una pareja tiene que dormir en el sofa cama sin tener habitación propia, la limpieza es escasa, hay telas de araña, y quizá debería estar más cuidado. La casa es muy bonita y para pasar unos dias con amigos y familia, muy bien, tiene de todo. La ubicación buena, zona tranquila
