Sports harbour 8 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, riding stable 12 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Aquatico 6 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.

Schönes Haus, alles vorhanden.Gut gepflegt

Prachtige villa mooie locatie JWM T.

Prachtige villa, mooie plek aan Costa brava. Stranden, winkels en steden in omgeving goed bereikbaar (auto nodig). Tuin is ruim, mooi zwembad met goede ligbedden en verschillende zitplekken. Mooie buitenkeuken. 2 mooie badkamers en 3 ruime slaapkamers. Keuken eenvoudig maar alles aanwezig. Minpunten: bedden zijn hard. Tafeltennistafel op de foto stond in de garage (was niet inbegrepen volgens Interhome ?!). Uiteindelijk wel gebruikt dankzij tuinman. Overdracht met info over woning ontbreekt.
