1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Sandy beach, 2 km long, up to 200 m wide. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire.

Supermarkten op loopafstand. In centrum en bij boulevard veel restaurants en voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Lovely clean apartment on a well maintained complex, good size pool, situated on the side of the canal. Garage for the car. Downside is its a bit far to walk to the town or beach. If you take the car, parking is free in town. Also no air conditioning. TV unfortunately wasn't working and the kettle is temperamental.

Clean, tidy, lovely apartment with pool, bit too far out of town. Pro: The complex had a lovely pool, and was right on the canal Contra: There was no air conditioning

Location comme sur la photoSÉVERINE E.

La location était conforme à la description des photos mais déçue car il y avait un dégât des eaux dans la sdb par conséquent évier inutilisable. Intervention de l’expert puis plombier et des employés pour reboucher les trous. Résultat une après-midi à attendre que la réparation se fasse et deux heures de temps pour le rebouchage. Puis bien sûr à chaque fois nettoyage suite aux interventions. Et malheureusement que 10% de geste commercial sur ma prochaine location je pense que cela est peu.

Schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Umgebung Pro: Sauberkeit, relativ moderne Ausstattung, die Anlage war schön \nHaben uns beim Betreten der Wohnung direkt wohlgefühlt. \nKönnen wir nur weiterempfehlen. Kommen eventuell wieder, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen. Contra: falsche Hausbeschreibung bei Schlüsselübergabe bekommen von Interhome, \nStaubsauger wäre sehr von Vorteil.\nBackofen und Herd waren alt. \nÜber eine Klimaanlage könnte man nachdenken, grade im Hochsommer.
