1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Im Garten am Pool drumherum zugewachsen mit Pflanzen. Das Haus würde nicht sauber an uns übergeben Böden Tische Stühle usw. waren nicht sauber. müßten zuerst alles sauber machen bevor wir eingezogen sind. An dem Wänden Decken Vorhängen überall zerdrückte Mücken. Stichmücken. usw. Leider kann ich nur 3 Sterne geben.

Geschirr und Besteck sehr alt und abgenutzt. Betten sehr klein und die Matratzen waren auch nicht die Besten. Die Rattangruppe auf der Terrasse war nicht zu nutzen weil die Kissen fehlten, es waren 2 Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Die Liegestühle in der Garage waren sehr dreckig und nicht zu nutzen. Wir sind mit 2 Personen angereist, da war der Platz ausreichend. Der Pool war sauber.. Jedes Schloss brauchte einen anderen Schlüssel

Haus war ok Garten Möbel und Auflagen verschmutzt keine Putzsachen zur Verfügung wie zum Beispiel mal ein Staubsauger Schippe und Besen fehlt Kunst Rassen ekelhaft Sitzpolzter unbequem WC Deckel kaputt Dusche sehr klein Duschköpfe verkalkt sehr schlecht gereinigt bei Übernahme Fliegengitter kaputt Poolservise sehr nett

Das Alberes 28b ist ein schönes Ferienhaus in Empuriabrava. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße, wo man direkt vor dem Haus parken kann. Auf das Grundstück passt leider nur ein kleines Auto. Die Aussattung ist ok. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Für mich waren die Matratzen etwas ungemütlich, aber akzeptabel. Kleinere Mängel wurden behoben. Das Schiebetor klemmt stark. Wir dachten es sei verschlossen und nicht zu öffnen. Das Pool wurde wöchentlich gereinigt und überprüft. Viele Mücken und Hunde....
