Sector Cau del LLop 1 km from del puerto de Llançà: Apartment house "Nicolas", 2 storeys. Primera linea de mar, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the sea. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Shopping centre 2 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2 km, railway station "Llançà" 2.6 km, pebble beach 300 m. Tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Der Service von Interhome war top. Pro: Der Blick aufs Meer Contra: Es war zu kalt und die Wohnung hatte zunächst keine Heizung, wir haben dann eine Gasheizung von Interhome bekommen. Der Service von Interhome war ganz toll.

Llevamos 5 años alquilando por la zona y este apartamento es con diferencia el que tiene mejores vistas. Además está muy cuidado todo el mobiliario y se hace enseguida confortable. Si el año que viene está disponible en nuestras fechas intentaremos volver a alquilarlo

Ondanks het prachtige panorama en de rustige ligging moeten wij een slechte beoordeling geven. De woning moet dringend gerenoveerd worden de keuken is versleten, deuren die schuinhangen, kasten bodems doe doorhangen, kasen die vuil ogen. Badkamer oogt vuil. De lavabo afloop lekt, kraan lekt. Slaapkamerkasten ogen vuit en hebben een´likje verf nodig. Tuinstoelen 1 was stuk de andere vertoonde barsten. Het meubilair oud en versleten. Muren hebben een likje verf nodig. Voordeur klemt.

Sehr dreckig,muffeliger Gestank in den Schränken,haben unsere Kleider am Etagenbett aufgehängt.Sonnenschirmständer vorhanden aber leider kein Sonnenschirm.Es fehlten auch kleine Alltagsdinge wie Weingläser und Brotmesser.Schade ist auch dass keine Mückennetze vorhanden sind und vielleicht ein kleiner Ventillator.Gartenmöbel nicht sehr einladend zum verweilen. Unbedingt Renovationsbedürftig. Wir sind 5 tage früher abgereist,schade für unsere Ferien.
