Die Wohnung ist etwas im Alter gekommen. Fenster 1 fach verglasst habe ich noch nie gesehen. Es war zu kalt. Kann mir vorstellen das es im Sommer viel zu warm ist. Hat keime Klima oder Heizung. Ein Ventilator zu verfügung. Eigang Schloss unten klemmt.

Bezüglich Ihrer Anmerkungen zur Klimaanlage/Heizung möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass diese Ausstattung nicht ausgeschrieben ist. Das klemmende Eingangsschloss bedauern wir sehr, da dies ein Teil der Gemeinschaftsanlage ist, konnte das Problem leider nicht so rasch wie gewünscht gelöst werden, dieser Punkt wurde aber umgehend von uns an die Gemeinde weitergereicht. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hinweise, die uns helfen, unseren Service zu verbessern.

Logement bien situé pas loin de la plage et commerces a proximité

Pour commencer, attention pas de place de parking comme pourtant indiqué sur le site, le contrat de location et la facture. Ensuite, nous arrivons à 15h30 à l'agence pour obtenir les clés, nous obtenons finalement l'accès au logement à 17h50. La cuisine des années 70, avec un frigo en fin de vie. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, et ne sert à rien. Le logement donne sur une avenue hyper bruyante de jour comme de nuit, donc aucun filtrage du bruit. Et en plus, une fenêtre impossible à ouvrir
