Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Aquitico 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description St Antoni de Calonge

510 m a.s.l. >>Famous resort with 1'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 40 km south-east from Girona, 110 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Bay is shared with neighbouring Palamos and its coves, joined by the Paseo de Ronda (interesting and pretty), arriving at Platja D'Aro. Promenade is ideal for bicycles and skating, there are all services offering: rental of jetskis, windsurfers etc.

Sandy beach, 2 km long. Bathing bay. Sailing, surfing, water skiing. Golf course 18 hole in Sta. Cristina d'Aro.

Appartement neuf, agence et décoré avec goût, très lumineux. Literie très bonne (sauf oreillers), cuisine très bien équipée, clim et wifi. Il manque encore quelque accessoires pour plus de confort mais c’est sans doute parce que nous étions parmi les premiers locataires. Seul bémol, l’une des chambre donnant sur la rue, bruyante surtout le matin avec le passage des camions poubelles à 5h30… Autrement appartement calme on n’entend pas les voisins.
