Cap Salou 1 km from La Pineda: Cosy apartment block "Bosc de la Montserrada". In a sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped (8 x 3 m, depth 80 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking space n 10, communal covered parking. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop "Bus La Plana parada El Raco" 300 m, railway station "Estación Tarragona" 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description La Pineda

Situated approx. one kilometre from the centre of Salou and continues to the Salou district centre. The sea front promenade of 2.4 km in length has been made into one of the largest public areas opening on to the sea in the whole of the Costa Daurada and in the district of Catalunya. This town has a central beach divided into areas, with the Blue Flag accreditation. La Pineda is very well connected by a bus network that links this town with other nearby areas such as Salou, Vilaseca, Vilafortuny, Cambrils, Tarragona and the Port Aventura Theme park. This town does not have a train station but the closest is the station at Port Aventura or Salou. Try Aquopolis or Pacha, which is one of the most famous discos in the area. There are also different parks such as the urban park "Torre d'en doca", the nature park "La sequia major" and other parks nearby like Port. Small resort and summer holiday resort. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy.

Appartement propre et bien équipé Situation géographique très bien. La piscine très petite et pas.propre et il y a beaucoup trop de personnes. Dans l'immeuble il y a beaucoup de chiens qui aboient toute la journée et la nuit difficile de dormir.
