Tourist town located 20 km north of Castelló de la Plana and 13 km south of Benicàssim. Penyíscola, 65 km. Between the theme parks Port Aventura and Tierra Mitica, Oropesa del Mar is internationally known for its good climate, the natural beauty of its fine sandy beaches, coves and cliffs, for its gastronomy based on seafood, for the history of its monuments. To highlight, the marina and the picturesque old town. It is a town with a lively nightlife. Magnifique extérieur (cadre: Alentours, piscine…) mais location à refaire (matériel cassé et salle de bain très petite) très dommage !

Salle de bain en mauvais état: Tiroir qui s'ouvre tout le temps et pose problème avec la porte; douche en piteuse état même dangereuse (pommeau de douche risque à tout moment de nous tomber dessus, portes ne tiennent plus. Placards de chambre s'ouvrent très mal, le système est cassé. Manque de vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisine.

Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, mucho más pequeño, es incómodo, mobiliario y colchones viejos. Puertas de armarios empotrados salidas de raíles. Cajón lavabo no se podía cerrar. Sucio. No vale lo que pagamos, ni la mitad diría. Además la nevera no funcionaba y estuvimos dos días pendientes del cambio en nuestro tiempo de vacaciones. Puedo seguir ..

El piso en si es ... Ana M.

El piso en si es un despropósito. Está todo fatal montado, viejo e incómodo. La ducha, para personas de no más de metro y medio. La cama principal con aristas con las que se golpean las rodillas al pasar. Los colchones, viejos y malísimos. El mobiliario del baño, calzado con papeles para que no se abra solo y se pueda cerrar la puerta. Suciedad acumulada. Puertas de armarios empotrados desvencijadas, las tuvimos que colocar nosotros. Además, en mi caso, me tuve que hacer cargo del cambio de nevera, ya que no funcionaba. Las paredes sucias y pintarrajeadas. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad....y encima te piden 200€ de fianza... Puedo seguir...

Encore merci à la propriétaire pour avoir accepté nos 2 chiennes. Logement proche d une plage très calme. Si vous avez des chiens plage de la renega avec petite crique...un vrai paradis !
