Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The Kivu Building was built in 1950 and was one of the first building in the area. It was abandoned during a few years and the owners are working on renovating it step by step. Although the apartment has been fully renovated in 2018, from outside you could find the installations dilapidated.
