Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Mirador del Saltillo". In a quiet, elevated position, 750 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Bus stop 400 m, railway station 300 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Puerto Marina 1.5 km, Sea Life 1.5 km, Cocodrile Park 1.5 km, Acualand 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Well-known, busy resort, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 10 km south-west from Málaga, 175 km south from Córdoba, 220 km south-east from Sevilla. Shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Sandy beach with grey sand. Lively night life. Possible to play golf in the fantastic golf course of Anoreta.

This property was described as being a beautiful comfortable apartment in a QUIET elevated position. This certainly not quiet. It is situated on a busy road with constant noise from traffic and a primary school opposite with very loud noise if children shouting screaming and yelling. So no way is it quiet
