Vivienda muy bonita y agradable en un lugar tranquilo. Muy bien cuidada y limpia. Totalmente recomendable. Volvería sin dudarlo. Solo dos pegas con fácil solución. Como fuimos en unos días que hizo frío echamos de menos algún elemento para estar cómodos en el salón, ya que carece de calefactor, chimenea o cualquier otro elemento para calentar la estancia. En la habitaciones el climatizador funcionaba perfectamente y se consigue una temperatura muy agradable. Por otro lado la puerta de entrada a la vvda funcionaba bastante mal. Es de madera y se ve que se había hinchado. Dos detalles que no desmerecen una muy buena casa.

Ein altes Haus neu Renoviert und gut ausgestattet. aber im Frühjahr/ Herbst leider kaum Sonne im Innenhof:- (( im Hochsommer bestimmt super, da freut man sich ja über Schatten. Bei der Ausstattung fehlten warme Zudecken, die aber von der Betreuerin vor Ort schnell organisiert wurden. Nicht geeignet für Personen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen wegen engem Zugang/ steiler Treppe zum OG.
