Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 200 l. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Nearby attractions: Vaxholms kastell 3 km. The property is located on an island. There is no bridge, so on some days there may be restrictions due to the ferry connection.
