Beautiful view of the forest. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Kitchenette on the veranda. Drinking water from a faucet in approx. 40 m. Bathroom in separate hut in approx. 50 m.

Property composed of main house and outbuilding 17 km from the centre of Säffle, 30 km from the centre of Åmål, 50 km from the centre of Karlstad, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 400 m from the lake. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 17 km, railway station "Säffle" 17 km, sandy beach "Nysäter" 12 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. No running water in the house.
